Glamour Beauty started in 2017 by owner Katie Phelps. We started as an on location bridal hair and makeup. In 2021, Katie opened Glamour Beauty salon in downtown White Bear Lake, MN. After working for many different salons and freelancing, Katie realized her goal was to open a larger salon in a high traffic area, where like minded creatives could showcase their work and make a live able wage doing what they love!
With her passion for all aspects of beauty industry, Glamour Beauty is here to change the experience for both stylist and client! Providing luxury and an unforgettable experience for each client!

Glamour Beauty was founded by Katie Phelps who wanted to provide client's with a prestige atmosphere both in salon and on site.
She started Glamour Beauty as a on location bridal company and expanded to a full service salon in 2021.
Now in 2023 with her husband, Jon, they opened Glamour Beauty in White Bear Township a full service salon and spa.
Glamour Beauty is a space for like minded creatives to be able to follow their dreams in a creative space.
We believe in providing both the client and stylist with an uplifting atmosphere with an upscale, luxury feel.
We want our clients to feel welcomed and valued as well as our team of talented stylists!
